Chimney Waterproofing – This is a new TPO membrane and proper flashings on top of a chimney. It solves the problem of how to waterproof chimneys with multiple pipes. From the ground it looks like a normal metal cap.
This is the new commercial roof on an apartment building in Heber City, Utah. The old roof was damaged in a hail storm last year. We removed the damaged shingles, and installed CertainTeed Landmark lifetime warranty asphalt shingles.

This is a roof replacement for the top of an old home in The Avenues in Salt Lake City, UT. The owners were having a lot of problems with leaks around the edges of the flat roof. We installed a new taper system so the roof would drain properly, and then a new TPO membrane roof.

New Roof for a Home in Orem, UT.Included a complete tear off of old cedar shakes, new OSB roof sheeting, and 30-year architectural shingles including a small piece of bronze 60 mil TPO for this flat roof dormer. The new GAF 60 mil bronze TPO membrane roof is a good solution for a problem area to a normal shingle roof.

This is an emergency roof repair to an old metal roof. We used a sheet of lead to repair the damage to the metal panels caused by the snow. Then we were able to install a proper flashing.

This is a new roof on a man cave for Daryl in Provo! The shingles are CertainTeed landmark, and the back of the roof has bronze colored 60 mil TPO.
This is a complete roof replacement for an out of state owner in Orem, UT. It included a removal of the old roof, new architectural shingles, and new ventilation. The new shingles are CertainTeed landmark Georgetown Gray.

This is a complete roof replacement on a custom home in Midway, Utah. The new roof is #1 heavy cedar hand-split shakes. The installation of new shakes is very uncommon these days, and it’s rare to have the skills necessary for a successful installation. The roof came out beautiful!
